Inhale the future, exhale the past

How do in-person breath sessions work?
A one-to-one in-person breath session typically lasts around 90 minutes. After an initial consultation and explanation of how Conscious Connected Breathing works, you will be shown the technique and Lyndsey will then guide you as you breathe. Each session will be adapted to your individual needs. To achieve maximum benefit, it is recommended that you have at least three one-to-one sessions. This gives you the opportunity to really master the technique so that you can use it regularly on your own. If you incorporate a breath session into your daily routine, simply practising the technique for 10-15 minutes a day is enough to have a transformative effect on your life. In-person sessions take place in my therapy room in Henleaze.

What My Clients Say about in-person sessions

How do online sessions work?
Lyndsey has been running online breath sessions since the beginning of the pandemic and they work very well on Zoom. It is surprisingly easy to create an intimate space online. Many people find it reassuring to breathe in the safety and comfort of their own home, especially if they want to sleep or meditate after the session. You will need to ensure that you are in a warm, quiet space where you will not be disturbed. When you breathe you will be lying down, either on a bed, sofa or yoga mat, with cushions or pillows supporting your head and neck. Your camera will need to be positioned so that you are visible from your mouth to your lower belly, so ensure that you have found the right angle before the session. Although it is not necessary to use earpods or earphones, you may find that this enhances the session.
